Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and conduct enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 07.11.2024 and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
