O R D E R

The petitioner/2nd defendant has filed the revision petition for directing the trial court to dispose the Original suit in O.S.No.162 of 2015 filed for partition, within a stipulated time.

2. On perusal of the docket order dated 04.08.2017 onwards, the suit is pending for framing of issues. The framing of issues is the duty of the Court, but even for several hearings, the court, at the stage of framing the issues, again and again posted the case under the same caption "for framing of issues". Therefore, there is no progress in the suit. Even after completion of pleadings, the suit is pending for framing of issues. Even the Court has failed to frame the issues in this case. The suit is pending from the year 2015 and the pleadings are complete.

3. Therefore, the trial court is directed to frame the issues within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
