ORDER

The limited prayer in the writ petition is a for a direction to the second respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.766 of 2014 from S-12, Chitlapakkam Police Station to C.B.C.I.D, Pantheon Road, Egmore for fresh investigation

2. Though the petitioner has also sought for a larger consequential relief, this Court exercising its power under Article 226 of the Constitution of India cannot step into the shoes of the second respondent to transfer the investigation.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2015 within a period of four weeks from the receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
