ORDER
This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents not to mutate the revenue records pertaining to the subject property till the disposal of the Appeal Suit pending in A.S.No.96 of 2024 on the file of the III Additional District Court, Coimbatore.
2.Heard Mr.K.Vasanthanayagan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.M.RGokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents 1, 3 to 5 and Mr.N.Umapathi, learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the 2 nd respondent.
3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the grievance expressed by the petitioner, as and when any application is submitted for mutation of revenue records pertaining to the
4/6 subject property, the objections given by the petitioner shall be taken into consideration and the pendency of the Appeal Suit in A.S.No.96 of 2024 shall also be taken into consideration and thereafter, order shall be passed. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
