This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the first respondent pertaining to its order dated 28.05.2013 passed in G.O.Ms.No.102 Handlooms, Handicrafts, Textiles and Khadi (G1) Department and quash the same and further direct the respondents to release the terminal and other benefits in accordance with the law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
