This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Respondents to file the final report within the stipulated time frame in Crime No.:1413 of 2018 on the file of the 1st Respondent.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that investigation in Crime No.1413 of 2018 for the offence under Section 406 & 420 of IPC is going on and the respondent will be able to complete the enquiry and file the final report within a period of six months.
