The present Writ Petition is filed challenging the order of transfer dated 23.12.2011 bearing Reference No.Estt/Tfrs/2011 / 1725 issued by the 4th respondent.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that by the Office Order dated 16.09.2016 bearing Reference No.Estt./TO/2016-17, the respondents withdrew the impugned order of transfer. In view of the same, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.

3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
