Application in A.No.1548 of 2023 is filed by the plaintiff seeking leave of the Court to produce certain additional documents.

2. The applicant/plaintiff herein filed a suit for recovery of amount based on mortgage. The plaintiff has filed this application seeking leave of the Court to produce certain bank letters issued to the plaintiff to prove the payment made by the defendants to the plaintiff. It is stated by the applicant that the documents now sought to be produced are very much essential to prove his case. If the documents are not allowed to be produced, the applicant/plaintiff would be put to very great loss and hardship.
