ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 10.02.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for the survey of the subject property and for demarcation of boundaries. 2.Heard Ms.V.Ranjitha, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on

3/6 behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.J.Priyadarsana, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.The petitioner is claiming right and title over the subject property through a registered Sale Deed dated 20.01.2025 The petitioner submitted an application on 10.02.2025 seeking for the survey of the subject property and necessary charges were also paid. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2 nd and 3 rd respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 10.02.2025 and conduct the survey in the subject property based on the title document. If there are any rival claims, the survey shall be conducted in their presence and if the situation warrants, the 4 th respondent shall provide police protection.
