ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Notification has been issued today appointing Justice S.Tamilvanan as the President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

2. The impediment to appointing President and Members of the District fora was pending consideration only because there was no President of the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The said process would be completed within three months from today.

In view of the aforesaid, these petitions are closed. No costs.
