This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court that "the petitioner to appear before the learned Sessions Judge, Dharmapuri, once in six months i.e., on the first working of January and June until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.6804 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.679 of 2011, dated 14.06.2017.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, would report before this Court that the conditional order passed by this Court has been complied with .

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI, the condition imposed by this Court as stated supra, is modified as follows:
