Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders of ratification of refixation of pay of the petitioner granted by the second respondent in Pro.Ser.3(2)/80714/2008 dated 26.11.2008 and to disburse the monetary benefits thereof with 18% interest per annum for the delay from the due date till the date of actual payment within a time frame. 1/4

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the first respondent to pass orders of ratification of refixation of pay of the petitioner granted by the second respondent in Pro.Ser.3(2)/80714/2008 dated 26.11.2008 and to disburse the monetary benefits thereof with 18% interest per annum for the delay from the due date till the date of actual payment.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already the Government had passed an order. However, it is yet to be implemented.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
