(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for parties, we direct the District Collector, Thiruvannamalai/respondent No.1 to examine this matter as to whether the construction does or does not infringe any water area and take suitable action in accordance with law, if so required within a period of two months of the receipt of this order.
2. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
