Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the files relating to the suspension order made in R.C.No.431/B/2013, dated 08.02.2013, on the file of second respondent and the rejection order in R.C.No.3024/A4/2013, dated 28.01.2017, passed by the first respondent and quash the same and direct the respondents to instate the petitioner as Assistant Divisional Fire Officer along with back wages and other attendant benefits.
