Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation dated 21.09.2015 pending before the first respondent to conduct detail enquiry against 2nd and 3rd respondents who were trespassed into petitioner residential property and removed 8 lorry full of soil with 2 bulldozer and caused a deep lengthy hazardous pit in front of petitioner house and direction to pay compensation for the above said illegal act.
