Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for applicant submitted that vehicle was seized and handed over to them. He further submitted that the settlement talks are going on between the parties.

2. In view of the fact that vehicle was seized and handed over to the applicant by the learned Advocate Commissioner, no further orders are required in this Petition. Hence, this Petition stands closed.
