This petition has been filed for condoning the delay of 311 days in filing the appeal.

2. Mr.C.S.K.Sathish, the learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition for condoning the delay, this petition is allowed. At the same time, it is made clear that in case the appellant makes out for enhancement of compensation, there shall be no interest on the delay period.
