This application has been filed to dispense with the production of original impugned arbitral award dated 01.02.2006 in the above original petition.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that while passing the award, the applicant was not served with any notice and the petitioner came to know about the said award only when the execution petition was filed by the respondent. Thereafter, the petitioner filed the copy application on 22.09.2023 and received only the certified copy of the award. Hence, he requests this Court to dispense with the production of original award dated 01.02.2006.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, this Court is satisfied and is inclined to allow this petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed. The production of original impugned arbitral award dated 01.02.2006 in the above original petition is dispensed with for the present.
