ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents and in particular, the 5th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 16.11.2024 wherein the petitioner is seeking for the correction in the FMB sketch with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.R.Anandha Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 5. 3.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 5 th respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 16.11.2024 on its own merits and in accordance with law after affording opportunity to respondents 6 and 7 and final orders shall be passed within a

period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
