Respondents Appeal under Clause 15 of the Letters Patent, against the order dated 08.03.2017 made in M.P.No.1 of 2014 in W.P.No.24654 of 2014. Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to grant approval of the petitioner appointment as Assistant Professor in Chemistry in 5th respondent College in the light of appointment order made in R.C. No.A1/ 2731/13-II dated 2.6.2014 by the 4th respondent herein.

JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was made by HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the appellant for some time.
2. We have perused the interim order passed by the learned single Judge. We find that the salary has been directed to be paid to the sixth respondent for the work extracted, pending consideration of the validity of his appointment in the writ petition. However, the appellant, dissatisfied with the interim order, has hurriedly approached this Court with this intra-Court appeal, when the matter has been admittedly directed to be listed on 17.3.2017 by the learned single Judge. Hence, we do not find any illegality in the interim order, as it is for the appellant to move for early hearing of the matter before the learned single Judge, if he is aggrieved. The writ appeal stands disposed of accordingly. Consequently, C.M.P.Nos.13886 & 13947 of 2017 are closed. No costs.
