ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 4 th respondent to deal with the online application submitted by the petitioner
3/6 and to issue patta in the name of the petitioner with respect to the subject property.
2.Heard Mr.R.Anandha Babu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 5.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the online application is pending before the 4 th respondent.
4.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the material placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 4 th respondent to deal with the online applications submitted by the petitioner on 25.01.2022 and 30.05.2022 and pass necessary orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If there are any rival claimants, notice shall be issued to them before passing the final orders.
