This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Theni and report before the Theni Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three months by order dated 08.02.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court and the investigation is not yet completed.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Tiruvannamalai Town Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m,.

However, it is made clear that the petitioner shall not entered into the jurisdictional limits of the respondent police station until further orders.
