PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to give 1 mark for each question Nos.23 and 68 for the Paper II of Teachers Eligibility Test prescribed for the post of B.T. Assistant (Science), and add 2 marks, to the 89 marks which has been given already by the 3rd respondent and select and appoint the peititioner as B.T. Assistant (Science in any one of the vacancies existing under the control of Respondent Nos.1 to 3 with all benefits.
