ORDER
When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 submitted that, though the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the 3rd respondent's Letter No.J.E./Rural/Po/File Complaint petition/A.No.262/17-18 dated 01.03.2018 rejecting the petitioner's objection and stating that they are going to give new electricity connection to the 4th respondent from the electricity post connection No.526 situated in the petitioner's agriculture land, however, during the pendency of the writ petition, new electricity service connection was effected in favour of the 4th respondent and now, the 4th respondent is paying the electricity charges to the official respondents/Electricity Page No.2 of 4
Board.
2. In view of the above submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
