2. Though learned Special Government Pleader submitted that already Community Certificate has been issued, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it is not as per the format issued in on-line. As such, no contempt being admitted by the respondent. For better clarification, the petitioner may approach the respondent, who shall issue the Certificate as per his requirement, within 15 days.

3. In view of above, the Contempt petition is closed.
