This Writ Petition is filed challenging the report of the verification committee dated 22.10.2013 in respect of the Direct Recruitment to the post of Post Graduate Assistant for the year 2012-2013. The petitioner's candidature was not accepted by the verification committee, by the impugned report on the ground that the petitioner had undergone Post Graduate Degree and B.Ed Degree at the same time. The matter has since been settled by the Full Bench of this Court in R.Chitra and anr. Vs. Member Secretary, Government of

Tamil Nadu, TRB, Chennai and Ors1, the petitioner is not entitled to be considered and the Writ Petition is without any merits. 2.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
