Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner shall stay at Trichy and report before the Inspector of Police, Cantonment Police Station, daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders imposed in the order passed in Crl.OP.No.2102/2021 dated 22.02.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.JAWAHAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. K.PRABAKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2102 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 120(b), 147, 148, 294(b), 324, 307 and 302 of IPC in Crime No.3262 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police, once in a week for interrogation on receipt of summons.
