ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.R.Geethalakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Edwin Prabakar, learned State Government Pleader assisted by Mr.P.Harish, learned Government Advocate for respondents 1 to 3.

2. Learned State Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that survey of the subject writ land would be conducted within a period of four months from today and depending upon the report of the survey, if encroachment is found, steps, in accordance with law, for removal of the encroachment would be undertaken immediately.

3. In view of the said statement, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
