For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition, the delay is condoned, subject to condition that the petitioners pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority, on or before 15.04.2019, failing which this petition stands dismissed automatically.
