[This case has been heard through video conference] The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.03.2021 in connection with a case in Crime No.105 of 2021on the file of the respondent police registered for the offence punishable u/s 294(b), 323, 324, 307 and 506(ii) of IPC, seeks bail.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that pending bail petition, the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982 on 29.03.2021.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
