The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in C.C.No.171 of 2011 which is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram, originally registered as Crime No.125 of 2011 by the respondent police punishable offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

2. Non-bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner on 11.10.2023 and the petitioner had been evading arrest.

3. The anticipatory bail would not lie. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
