ORDER

The writ petition is filed for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2022 on its merits and in accordance with law.

2. According to the petitioner, he has made a representation dated 07.03.2022 to the first respondent objecting to recover amount from his terminal benefits by the respondents. The said representation is still pending and no orders have been passed. Hence, the petitioner filed the present writ petition before this court.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the Bank submitted that the said representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

4. Considering the said fact and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this court is inclined to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.03.2022 and pass orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
