... Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the order passed by the second respondent in Ref.No.LL1/52678/2008 dated 11.11.2010 , quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to 1/4
extend the benefit conferred in Letter No.1541/FR-2/2009-10 dated 15.11.2010 passed by the first respondent and the consequential order passed by the second respondent in Ref.No.LL1/61824/2008 dated 07.01.2011 so as to enable the petitioner to get regular family pension by counting the full service rendered by the petitioner's husband from 24.01.1995 till 31.12.2009 for the purpose of conferment of pension along with half of the service from 01.04.1981 till 31.12.2009 as per the order dated 30.11.2010 in W.P.No.8205 of 2011 and send the revised pension proposal to the third respondent and grant pension to the petitioner with all consequential benefits and pass further suitable orders.
