This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to enquire and investigate the complaint given by the petitioner dated 08.05.2015 and to register the FIR within the stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.
3. It is represented that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 08.05.2015 to the respondent Police by post and no action was taken. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint along with wound certificate to the respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
