ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed a private complaint in Crl.M.P.No.142 of 2020 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Ariyalur.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3. It is seen that that the petitioner filed a private complaint, and the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Ariyalur has already directed the respondent to conduct investigation and file final report by order dated 28.01.2020 in Crl.MP.No.142 of 2020. Even then, the respondent did not register any case so far.

4 Considering the above facts and circumstances, the respondent is directed to register FIR as directed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ariyalur by its order dated 28.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.142 of 2020 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
