Dr.V.Vijaya Chamundeswari, the Zonal Health https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Officer, Zone XIII, Corporation of Chennai, Adyar, is

present in Court, and she has filed a report, from which, it is seen that the Shop is in better condition that what it was before. However, it does not stop with that, the respondent-Corporation shall ensure continuous monitoring of the Shop, and should see that no cooking activities, or washing of utensils in the road margin/pavements shall be carried out.

With the above observation, this Contempt Petition stands closed. No costs.
