ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that this revision petition has been preferred against the order passed in an Interlocutory Application in the Appeal Suit, which was pending before the V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore. He further submitted that the appeal itself was disposed of on 13.07.2017 and hence, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous.
