This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.28 of 2015 on the file of 3rd respondent police and to hand over the same to some other investigation officer and direct the 1st respondent to monitor the future investigation as to ensure fair and proper investigation done in this case.

2. It is seen that the petitioner herself stated that the 3rd respondent conducted the enquiry and filed the final report on 08.05.2015 as against the accused person for an offence under Sections 448, 427 and 506 (i) of IPC. Now the petitioner come forward to this petition to transfer of investigation to some other investigation officer. In this matter, already investigation is over and also filed a final report. Therefore, there is no question of changing the investigation.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
