This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the 2nd respondent to register the FIR based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 16.4.2015 vide CSR No.56/2015 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represented that a complaint dated 16.04.2015 given by the petitioner was enquired into in CSR.No.256 of 2015 and it was closed as purely https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

civil in nature. This Court also read the complaint and found that the transaction is civil in nature. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
