Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondent. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition, for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to Register and Release the settlement deeds dated 31.07.2018, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2018. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner executed three settlement deeds in favour of his family members and the said documents were submitted before the respondent for registration. However, the same are kept pending for Patta Verification. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 03.8.2018 to the respondent, to register and release the settlement deeds, dated 31.07.2018. Finding no response on his representation, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 31.07.2018 would be considered by the respondent on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 03.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as all the interested parties within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
