When the matter was taken up for hearing on 22.10.2024, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not able to contact his clients and therefore, he is not in a position to take steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, there is no purpose in keeping the writ petition pending as the Pg.Nos.2/4

petitioner died more than one year back and as on date no steps have been taken. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. However, liberty is given to the proposed legal heirs to re-open the matter, if they are so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
