The Civil Revision Petitions are filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure against the fair orders and decretal orders of the learned Principal District Munsif, Cuddalore dismissing the unnumbered EA.Nos. / 2016 in EP.Nos.102 of 2007 & 231 of 2015 in OS.Nos.706 & 764 of 2004 by order dated 04.02.2016. For Petitioner : Mr.D.Baskar in both CRP's COMMON ORDER:

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner would

submit that the execution petitions in EP.Nos.102 of 2007 & 231 of 2015 filed by the first respondent herein has been dismissed on merits by the court below. Therefore, nothing requires to be adjudicated in the present Civil Revision Petitions arising against the orders dated 04.02.2016 filed by the revision petitioner.

2. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
