Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 08.02.2021 with regard to the issuance of patta to the petitioner's property situated at Madhepalli Village, Bargur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, comprised in Survey NO.70/2B1, having an extent of 0.6 cents.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's application dated 08.02.2021 seeking for issuance of patta.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents would submit that the petitioner's application was considered and the 3rd respondent, Tahsildar, and by his order dated 13.02.2021 rejected the petitioner's application. He has also produced the copy of the said order dated 13.02.2021.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's application has already been rejected, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ petition is dismissed. The third respondent is directed to serve copy of the order to the petitioner. No costs.
