This civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam to conduct the Trial expeditiously and to dispose the HMOP No.126 of 2016 within a time frame as fixed by this court.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for direction to the Subordinate Judge, Tindivanam to dispose the HMOP No.126 of 2016 within a time frame as fixed by this court.

2. A perusal of the records shows that, at request of both the parties, the HMOP No.126 of 2016 was placed before the Mediation on 31.01.2020 for amicable settlement. Again on their request, the petition was referred to before the Lok Adalat on 06.02.2020 and now it is pending for settlement. At this stage, filing of civil revision petition before this court cannot be entertained.

3. Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed as not maintainable, with liberty to file fresh civil revision petition, if necessary, seeking prayer, as sought for in this civil revision petition. No costs.
