Logesh as Hindu Maliyali Community by passing an orders on my application dated 13.11.2018[IN WP.NO.10192/2021].
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.BALATHANDAYUTHAM, GOVERNMENT ADVOCATE on behalf of the Respondent, and petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN, J.,] When the matter is called today, though there is no representation for the Petitioner, a report has been filed by the Respondent stating that the Petitioner has to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal, wherein she has made an application for issuance of community certificate.

In view of that, the Petitioner is directed to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, Namakkal within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, who in turn shall enquire into the matter and pass appropriate orders in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
