This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to cancel the anticipatory bail granted by this Court on 05.01.2023 in the above Crl.O.P.No.92 of 2023.
2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, there is no representation on the side of petitioner.
3, The learned counsel for 2nd respondent appeared and submitted that there is no representation on the side of petitioner for the past two hearings. Hence, he prayed to dismiss this petition.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances and the fact that there is no representation on the side of petitioner today as well as for the past two hearings, this Court is inclined to dismiss this petition.
