Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of declaration to declare the action of the second respondent in closing the enquiry on 25.07.2014 in respect of charge sheet dated 29.11.2013 bearing MAA/DYGM(S&M)/DISC/1 issued by the first respondent and the order of the first respondent dated 01.08.2014 bearing MAA/DYGM(S&M)/1 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to law and consequently direct the respondents to reopen the enquiry and permit the petitioner to examine all his witnesses and by permitting the petitioner tender his both oral and documentary evidence.
