The petitioners have filed this petition seeking to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.1 of 2018, on the file of Inspector of Police, AWPS Thousand Lights, Chennai and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the Criminal Original petition, the matter was ended in compromise between the parties and therefore, this petition may be closed and the petitioner may be permitted to file compromise memo before the law enforcing agency for closure of the FIR.

3. Recording the above statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as the matter has been ended amicably between the parties and no further adjudication is required. However, a liberty is granted to the petitioners to file appropriate Compromise Memo before the law enforcing agency. If any such memo is 2/2
