'1. It is respectfully submitted as per the Orders of this Hon'ble Court by its Order dated 21.02.2022, 4th respondent had paid a sum of Rs.1000/- towards Cancer Institute which is situated at Adyar, Chennai-600 020 on 25.02.2022, And I am filing the receipt of the same along with this Memo.

2. It is submitted that mobile tower has been erected in 2019 itself and become operational without any hindrance so far, it is pertinent to mention that prayer sought for in the Writ Petition become infructuous. Therefore, taking into consideration of the above facts and the circumstances of the case nothing survives further adjudication in the Writ Petition.'

2. In line therewith, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
