This Original Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Read this in conjunction and in continuation of separate proceedings made in Arb.O.P (Com.Div.) No.130 of 2022 wherein a Hon'ble sole Arbitrator has been appointed.

2. As regards this interim prayer, it is open to the parties to move the Hon'ble Arbitrator under Section 17 of A and C Act with same/similar prayer. If the same is done, though obvious it is made clear that Hon'ble Arbitrator will consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. It is also made clear that this Court has not expressed any view or opinion on the merits of the matter.

3. Captioned application disposed of as closed in aforesaid manner. There shall be no order as to costs.
